The menu of the Antico Martini represents a harmonious balance between superbly fresh fish (including John Dory, king prawns and scampi) and meat (like classical Venice style liver [fegato alla veneziana] and Chateaubriand), accompanied by fresh seasonal vegetables. Our first courses embody all the delicacy of Venetian cooking in a fanfare of flavours, colours and culinary flair.
