"Homage to Lorenzo Lotto. The Hermitage paintings in the Galleries of the Academy." From November 24 to March 25
The exhibition is promoted by the Superintendence for State Museums of Venice, and is built around the outstanding loan of two paintings by Lotto never before seen in Italy the first part of the Museum of St. Petersburg.
The new works are: The Double Portrait of spouses and the Madonna and Child and Angels.
A real opportunity to discover the extraordinary paintings and the artistic and historical center of Lorenzo Lotto.
The exhibition, curated by Matteo Ceriana, puts the two in dialogue unpublished works and runs through the lives of the Venetian master of the other beautiful paintings from the collection of the Accademia Gallery and other museums in Europe.
